Our local gourmet chef Edvard Xu Tangnæs, by appointment, can prepare fantastic dishes for guests staying at Logbua. Edvard has long experience from Grand Hotel in Egersund where he worked as sous chef. Today he works as head chef at Jøssingfjord Vitenmuseum.
